• Where is the store based?

  Pasadena, MD

• COVID-19 Update:

  The health and safety of our owners and customers is our top priority, which is why we have chosen to minimize going out to drop off orders at the post office of our nonessential merchandise for the time being.

  Please be aware, we have locations in both MD and VA and our inventory is split between these locations. Multi item orders may come in 2 shipments because of this, we will update orders with tracking for multi shipments.

  MTO items ordered may or may not ship out when ordered within the time frame before the next shipment date depending on current workload.

  You may add items to your order to combine shipping with your previous order. We will refund shipping overage cost or you can message us to add items to your order and we will send you a paypal invoice.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! However, due to new VAT collection regulations going into effect on Janurary 1, we will be halting any shipping to the UK for the forseeable furture. We will update this decision as we learn more about this.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  It takes us about 1 - 3 business days to fulfill an order for shipment. Pre-orders ship out at a set time noted in the pre-order description.

  We ship by USPS Priority Mail within the US which takes 2 - 3 days, and for international orders shipping can take up to 12 days depending on your location.

  If you need your order by a certain time PLEASE add that as a comment when placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate your needs!

• Do you take custom orders?

  We may be able to take custom orders depending on our current workload and materials in stock, please contact us if you're interested in any of our garments or accessories in custom sizing.

• Have a question not answered here?

  Please contact us! We're happy to answer your questions though please understand that we often travel to sell at conventions in other states so it may take us a few days to get back to you.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
